VPK is a state funded program to all Florida resident children who are four years old by September 1. This program was created to prepare children for kindergarten. Living Waters Preschool is located in Charlotte County (even though it feels like we are located in North Port, Sarasota County). To attend our school as a VPK student, you will enroll your child with the Early Learning Coalition in Port Charlotte. Bring your child's birth certificate and your Florida ID. Get a VPK voucher from ELC at your appointment. Turn in your completed Enrollment Application to Living Waters Preschool along with VPK voucher from ELC, immunization records (blue form) and medical evaluation (gold form) from child's doctor.
